SAKKS 2012 Aussie Nationwide Family Day Retreat Registration

Food and accommodation is supplied at no cost to immediate families members, however a non refundable deposit of $50.00 per family is required to confirm your booking.

Please note that we have booked 15 hotel suites that accommodate families of 4, for families with more than 4 person’s cabin style accommodation will be used.

Supporting Aussie Kids with Kabuki Syndrome is hosting a 3 day Retreat at the Collaroy Centre: Homestead Ave, Collaroy Beach, NSW 2097, on the 27th to 29th April 2012 inclusive. Arrival is at 5pm 27th April, departing after lunch on the 29th April, 2012.

The 2012 Retreat is open to all immediate family members who have a child with Kabuki Syndrome, we would like to also invite extended family and friends to our Day on the 28th April.

This year’s retreat includes guest speaker who will give a presentation on Kabuki Syndrome to parents while children are supervised with fun activities.
